Role Overview
Fashion Dwar is seeking a motivated fashion sales professional to support customers in a retail setting and help drive apparel and accessory sales. The role is suited to someone with hands-on experience in the textile, garment, or fashion space who is comfortable working toward targets while delivering a polished customer experience.
What You’ll Do
- Greet visitors, understand what they are looking for, and guide them toward suitable fashion choices.
- Suggest garments, fabrics, and accessories that align with each customer’s taste and needs.
- Work toward daily and monthly sales goals in a target-based retail environment.
- Develop strong customer relationships that encourage repeat business and loyalty.
- Keep product presentation, displays, and the showroom looking appealing and well organized.
- Support billing tasks, stock handling, and inventory updates as needed.
- Keep up with current fashion trends and maintain solid knowledge of the products being sold.
- Address customer questions and concerns promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
What We’re Looking For
- A graduate in any discipline.
- At least 2 years of experience in fashion, textile, garment, or apparel sales.
- Comfortable communicating in English.
- Strong ability to sell, negotiate, and handle customers effectively.
- A well-groomed, presentable personality with a positive approach.
- Ability to perform well in a retail setting where sales targets matter.
Compensation
The monthly pay range for this position is INR 25,000 to 35,000.
