Role Overview

Fashion Dwar is seeking a motivated fashion sales professional to support customers in a retail setting and help drive apparel and accessory sales. The role is suited to someone with hands-on experience in the textile, garment, or fashion space who is comfortable working toward targets while delivering a polished customer experience.

What You’ll Do

• Greet visitors, understand what they are looking for, and guide them toward suitable fashion choices.
• Suggest garments, fabrics, and accessories that align with each customer’s taste and needs.
• Work toward daily and monthly sales goals in a target-based retail environment.
• Develop strong customer relationships that encourage repeat business and loyalty.
• Keep product presentation, displays, and the showroom looking appealing and well organized.
• Support billing tasks, stock handling, and inventory updates as needed.
• Keep up with current fashion trends and maintain solid knowledge of the products being sold.
• Address customer questions and concerns promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.

What We’re Looking For

• A graduate in any discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience in fashion, textile, garment, or apparel sales.
• Comfortable communicating in English.
• Strong ability to sell, negotiate, and handle customers effectively.
• A well-groomed, presentable personality with a positive approach.
• Ability to perform well in a retail setting where sales targets matter.

Compensation

The monthly pay range for this position is INR 25,000 to 35,000.
