Overview
We are seeking a meticulous Export Documentation Executive to join our team in Mumbai. This role involves managing and verifying all export-related documents essential for smooth international shipments in the pharmaceutical sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and thoroughly review export documents including Invoice, Packing List, SCOMET, and Shipper's Letter.
- Evaluate ADC checklists to ensure error-free Final (LEO) Shipping Bills.
- Analyze Airway Bills and Bills of Lading according to customers' Proforma Invoices.
- Maintain critical compliance documentation such as Certificates of Analysis (COA), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and Product Permissions.
- Prepare additional export documents like Certificates of Origin (COO), Narcotic Letters, and others as required.
- Ensure timely submission of documents to banks for electronic Bank Realization Certificate (e-BRC) processing.
- Monitor updates from ICEGATE and Export Promotion Council to facilitate seamless export transactions.
- Maintain accurate records and data to support audits and compliance requirements.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Graduate degree in any discipline, with preference for Commerce, Pharmaceutical, or Logistics backgrounds.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in export documentation, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Comprehensive understanding of international shipping protocols and export compliance regulations.
- Strong communication skills and ability to negotiate effectively.

Salary is negotiable and will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and qualifications.
