Role Overview

As a Leasing Agent at fäm Properties, you will be essential in assisting clients throughout the rental and leasing journey in Dubai.

Primary Responsibilities

• Engage clients to identify their rental requirements and preferences.
• Maintain knowledge of current rental market trends for informed, data-driven guidance.
• Identify and coordinate property viewings matching tenant needs.
• Create and manage rental property listings efficiently.
• Negotiate lease terms on behalf of landlords and tenants.
• Prepare, review, and verify tenancy contracts and ensure legal compliance of all documentation.
• Oversee signing procedures and manage transaction paperwork through to completion.
• Develop and sustain long-lasting relationships with landlords, tenants, and industry professionals.

Candidate Requirements

• Prior experience in sales or customer service roles; real estate or leasing background is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Possession of a UAE driving license and car access is preferred.
• Professional appearance paired with a client-focused mindset.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are beneficial.
