Role Overview

The clinic is looking for a diligent and professional Executive Assistant to facilitate smooth clinic operations. The role involves managing schedules, coordinating appointments, answering phone inquiries, receiving patients and visitors, and assisting management with research and the preparation of reports.

Key Responsibilities

Efficiently organize and maintain the clinic’s appointment calendar
Answer and manage incoming calls and provide necessary administrative support
Greet and assist patients and visitors ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere
Support preparation of administrative reports and accompany research activities
Preserve confidentiality and comply with clinic policies
Assist team members with various administrative and workflow tasks on a daily basis

Qualifications and Skills

Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Effective organizational and time management capabilities
Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work efficiently under time constraints
Experience with research and compiling reports
Highest standards of discretion and professionalism
Preferably holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related discipline
Healthcare experience is advantageous
Fluency in both Arabic and English languages is essential
