Role Overview
This role is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Executive Assistant to join a dynamic Capital Markets team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive daily administrative support to a small group of senior investment professionals in a demanding and fast-moving environment. The primary focus will include managing complex calendars, organizing international travel, and performing diverse administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Managing intricate diaries and scheduling meetings efficiently
- Coordinating international travel plans and managing detailed itineraries
- Handling expense reporting and general administrative duties
- Maintaining effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders
- Preparing documentation and materials required for meetings
- Assisting the busy team with various ad hoc requests as they arise
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant within private equity, financial services, or a related corporate setting
- Demonstrated expertise in diary management and travel coordination
- Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Strong communication abilities and aptitude for managing stakeholder relationships
- Proactive and collaborative work style with the capability to take initiative
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment
- Experience dealing with Investor Relations or teams interacting with investors is a plus
Additional Information
- 12 months fixed contract starting September 2026
- Competitive salary up to £80,000, plus a completion bonus and a comprehensive benefits package
- Fully office-based role located in the West End, London
- Office hours are typically 8:30am to 5:30pm, with some flexibility required
