Role overview
The Executive Assistant will support the CEO of a Saudi-based organisation by handling daily priorities, improving workflow efficiency, and helping protect the CEO’s time. The position calls for excellent organisation, a high level of discretion, and the ability to coordinate smoothly across different parts of the business.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the CEO’s diary, calendar, and appointment planning.
- Arrange and manage travel logistics from start to finish.
- Serve as a key coordination link across company operations.
- Stay ahead of needs and take action early to remove obstacles and save the CEO time.
Requirements
- Strong spoken and written English is mandatory.
- At least 5 years of experience in an Executive Assistant or Office Manager role.
- A polished, professional, and well-presented manner.
- Excellent organisation skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
