Role Overview and Responsibilities
- Establishing and nurturing relationships with senior professionals and business leaders.
- Conducting headhunting and interviews for top-performing candidates.
- Expanding client base by engaging in business development and networking activities.
- Overseeing the full recruitment cycle from initiation to completion.
- Becoming an expert in your specialised market sector.
From the start, you will interact with Directors, Vice Presidents, and C-suite executives across the US market, giving you the opportunity to build your own high-level professional network right after university.

Compensation and Benefits
- Industry-leading commission structure with up to 60% commissions on placements.
