Role Overview and Responsibilities

• Establishing and nurturing relationships with senior professionals and business leaders.
• Conducting headhunting and interviews for top-performing candidates.
• Expanding client base by engaging in business development and networking activities.
• Overseeing the full recruitment cycle from initiation to completion.
• Becoming an expert in your specialised market sector.

From the start, you will interact with Directors, Vice Presidents, and C-suite executives across the US market, giving you the opportunity to build your own high-level professional network right after university.

Candidate Profile

Compensation and Benefits

• Industry-leading commission structure with up to 60% commissions on placements.
• High performers often achieve first-year earnings of £50,000 to £60,000 or more.
• Monthly commission payouts around £20,000 regardless of seniority level.

Additional Information

Note that this is a permanent, full-time position based in the London office with working hours Monday to Friday. Candidates must have full and permanent legal eligibility to work in the UK.
