About the Role
Jio is seeking an Enterprise Sales Manager to lead our small and medium enterprise segment in the Trivandrum territory, Kerala. The role demands a seasoned professional with a strong background in sales and business development within enterprise markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive business growth for small and medium enterprises in the designated area.
- Present and promote company enterprise products and services to potential clients.
- Meet or exceed targets for revenue generation, order bookings, and new customer acquisitions.
- Develop detailed customer opportunity maps and strategic sales plans at the customer level.
- Coordinate and secure approvals for network rollout and sales activities.
- Lead and motivate team members to achieve productivity and engagement goals.
- Personally lead significant deals alongside team members.
- Manage client relationships and effectively address any escalations.
- Ensure all personal and team activities comply with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications and Skills
- Educational background: Graduation is required; MBA is preferred.
- Professional experience: 7 to 10 years in enterprise sales.
- Familiarity with the assigned territory and its business landscape.
- Experience and exposure to enterprise-level sales processes and strategies.
- Good understanding of technology products and solutions relevant to the enterprise sector.
- Strong team leadership and management abilities.
