Key Responsibilities
- Manage all electrical and control system malfunctions within your designated area.
- Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure optimal operational conditions.
- Maintain high standards for electrical operations and controls.
- Follow corrective, preventive, scheduled maintenance, and Kanban systems diligently.
- Adhere strictly to health, safety, and environment (HSE) guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with the Maintenance team to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Handle chemical products responsibly and safely.
- Ensure compliance with HACCP food safety standards and prerequisites in the workplace.
- Follow GMP and 5S practices consistently.
- Implement Food Defense protocols and other pertinent procedures related to this role.
- Work actively to reduce mean time to repair (MTTR) by providing prompt support on the production lines.
- Analyze and report abnormalities, manage notifications (M1, M2, M3) within the preventive maintenance system and validate work orders.
- Support BRF's sustainability policy by incorporating sustainable development principles and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) commitments into daily routines.
Candidate Profile
- Proficient in electrical control systems, power circuits, and automation circuits.
- Experienced in electrical maintenance within the Food or FMCG sector.
- Competent in troubleshooting and repairing electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems associated with machinery.
- Knowledgeable about national electrical codes, standards, and regulations.
- Able to comprehend and interpret engineering, P&ID, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics.
- Familiarity with asset management practices in Food/FMCG industries.
- Good understanding of food technology and safety standards.
- Basic communication capabilities.
- Experience using SAP and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Understanding of problem-solving and continuous improvement methodologies such as PDCA, RCA, and 5S.
- Flexible with work hours and adaptable in skills to support various operational areas.
- Strong organizational abilities and ability to work effectively in a multicultural team environment.

- In-depth understanding of electrical systems, control circuits, and routine maintenance for food processing equipment.
- Efficient problem resolution skills using analytic and troubleshooting techniques.
- Adherence to maintenance schedules to optimize productivity and equipment uptime, minimizing delays.
- Strong commitment to food safety, HACCP, GMP, and Food Defense compliance.
- Strict compliance with HSE policies including risk assessments and use of personal protective equipment.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills within diverse, cross-functional teams.
