Role overview

This leadership role is responsible for defining and driving the organization’s people strategy so it supports overall business objectives. The position oversees the full HR function, including hiring, engagement, organizational development, pay and benefits, compliance, and employee relations.   • In-depth understanding of U.S. federal and California labor laws, compliance requirements, and current HR best practices.
  • Proven ability to develop high-performing teams and influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
  • Solid business judgment with the ability to connect organizational goals to practical HR solutions.
  • Experience with HR systems, payroll, and reporting tools, along with strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, professionalism, and discretion.
  • Preferred: Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or Business.

Compensation and benefits
