Dairy Frozen Associate

Overview

Join Walmart Canada as a Dairy/Frozen Associate to enhance your expertise in retail and customer service. In this role, you will deliver exceptional service to customers while upholding Walmart's core values, manage and organize the Dairy/Frozen section, and support in stocking and sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and zone the Dairy/Frozen department for neat presentation.
• Monitor stock rotation and check for expired items.
• Ensure products are accurately labeled with correct pricing and signage.
• Comply with cold chain standards including thermometer calibration, temperature documentation, food handling, and product rotation in accordance with sell-by and expiration dates.
• Follow food safety protocols and carry out sanitation and cleaning duties thoroughly.
• Adhere to procedures for ordering, clearance, pricing adjustments, and labeling.
• Maintain promotional displays and product features effectively.
• Keep the department clean, tidy, organized, and free from clutter, debris, or spills.

Compensation

The starting wage for this position is $17.75 per hour.

Minimum Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
