Role overview

Atkore is seeking a Customer Service Representative to help ensure customers receive excellent service and the right quality products at the right time.

Key responsibilities

  • Respond to customer enquiries by phone, email, or fax regarding products, pricing, stock availability, product application, and credit terms.
  • Create and send quotations based on customer needs.
  • Help customers identify suitable products by considering their requirements, product specifications, and relevant regulations.
