About The Role

Working alongside the Center Director, you'll help create a nurturing, safe, and high-achieving learning environment that meets brand standards, instructional quality, and operational efficiency with consistency and care.

Key Responsibilities

People Management

  • Ensure the center maintains a fully staffed, well-trained, and professional teaching team adhering to brand standards.

  • Operate independently and make informed decisions supporting staff, families, and business needs.

Qualifications

  • Minimum one year experience in center leadership, curriculum management, and team leadership; two or more years preferred.
  • Possession of state-specific Administrative or Director credential meeting all state requirements for the role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field is strongly preferred.
