About The Role
Join The Learning Experience, the nation's fastest growing early education academy, as a Curriculum Director who fosters happiness and champions educational excellence in every classroom. Working alongside the Center Director, you'll help create a nurturing, safe, and high-achieving learning environment that meets brand standards, instructional quality, and operational efficiency with consistency and care.

Key Responsibilities
People Management
- Ensure the center maintains a fully staffed, well-trained, and professional teaching team adhering to brand standards.
- Conduct monthly staff development sessions, properly documented, utilizing provided training materials.
- Apply strategic thinking and resourceful problem-solving to meet challenges.
- Focus on employee retention and accountability by providing clear coaching and feedback.
- Promptly address and resolve concerns raised by parents and staff at the center level.
Enrollment Support
- Assist in marketing efforts to boost enrollment and retain families.
- Regularly post engaging content and photos on social media platforms.
- Secure monthly positive customer reviews.
- Ensure teachers effectively use parent communication tools.
- Encourage family engagement initiatives and support brand campaigns.
Financial Contributions
- Help achieve center’s profitability goals aligned with EBITDA budget.
- Stay informed about budget targets and necessary resources.
Standards and Quality Assurance
- Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and licensing standards.
- Prioritize supervision and ensure adherence to individual medical and dietary needs.
- Keep the physical center clean, organized, and ready for tours.
- Ensure full adherence to The Learning Experience curriculum and brand criteria.
- Utilize knowledge of TLE Curriculum and Brand Integration to support training and classroom success.
- Promote high-quality interactions between teachers and students.
- Complete student assessments accurately each period.
- Manage family conferences twice yearly.
- Perform monthly formal classroom observations.
- Maintain inventory and replenish materials according to budget.
- Operate independently and make informed decisions supporting staff, families, and business needs.
Qualifications
- Minimum one year experience in center leadership, curriculum management, and team leadership; two or more years preferred.
- Possession of state-specific Administrative or Director credential meeting all state requirements for the role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field is strongly preferred.
- Thorough knowledge of state licensing rules and regulations.
- Compliance with all background checks, health, and safety training requirements.
