About the Role

Responsibilities
- Preparation and presentation of our dishes for the restaurant, banquets, and events.
- Ensuring consistently high quality and presentation of the dishes.
- Assisting with preparation (Mise en Place) for daily kitchen operations.
- Supporting the planning and implementation of new dishes and seasonal offerings.
- Adherence to hygiene and quality standards (HACCP).
- Responsible handling of food and kitchen materials.
- Close collaboration with the entire kitchen team for smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Completed training as a cook or comparable professional experience in a kitchen.
- Passion for cooking and a good sense for quality and taste.
- Structured and clean work habits.
- Team spirit and reliability in daily work.
- Resilience and enjoyment of working in a lively kitchen environment.
- Responsible handling of food.
- Good knowledge of hygiene regulations (HACCP).
