Job description

Role Overview

Join as a Continuous Improvement Specialist driving organizational change, fostering innovation, and enhancing outcomes. Collaborate with leadership across various departments to optimize processes, spearhead strategic projects, and make a tangible impact daily.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support process improvement initiatives within business units.
  • Coach and train colleagues on process enhancement methodologies and tools.
  • Facilitate group sessions of varying sizes to identify challenges, explore opportunities, and reach consensus on solutions.
  • Act as the liaison between Organizational Development & Strategy (OD&S) and assigned departments, aiding in annual corporate planning and reporting on prioritized projects.

Qualifications

  • At least a two-year post-secondary diploma.
  • Minimum seven years of relevant professional experience.
  • At least two years facilitating projects and leading teams.
  • Experience applying project management principles and methods.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Equivalent mixes of education, training, and experience may be considered if they provide the necessary skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Lean Six Sigma training with Greenbelt or Blackbelt certification and/or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • PROSCI or other ACMP-recognized Change Management certification.
  • Experience with additional Microsoft 365 tools such as SharePoint, Visio, and Power BI.
  • Clear and impactful communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal abilities to engage diverse stakeholders and nurture cooperative relationships.
  • Analytical and problem-solving aptitude for identifying opportunities, managing risks, and addressing challenges.
  • Robust project management capabilities to plan, coordinate, and deliver initiatives effectively.

Compensation and Benefits

Annual salary ranges from $95,923.91 to $101,199.72 with a bi-weekly pay between $2,941.44 and $3,879.02, plus a bi-weekly benefit spending allowance of $279.98 to $299.34. Total compensation ranges between $103,407.75 and $109,009.08 annually.

The package includes comprehensive health, dental, and insurance options, an Employee and Family Assistance Program, increasing vacation with tenure, options for purchasing additional leave, and a shared risk pension plan jointly funded by employee and employer.
