About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Construction Commercial Manager to contribute to a major project based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This position requires a candidate with a strong academic background and significant expertise in both pre-contract and post-contract commercial management aspects within the construction industry.
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Hold a degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or a related field.
- Demonstrate extensive experience managing commercial activities before and after contract award.
- Expertise in tendering processes, procurement procedures, and contract administration.
- Proficient in commercial reporting, meticulous cost control, and accurate forecasting.
- Sound knowledge of managing contract variations, claims, and overseeing final accounts.
- Preferably have prior experience working with a leading main contractor.
- Experience handling major building or infrastructure projects.
- Possess a deep understanding of construction contracts and associated commercial risks.
- Experience working within Saudi Arabia or the wider Middle East region is advantageous.
