Commercial Manager

Overview

We are facilitating the recruitment of a Commercial Manager to support a prominent delivery partner working on a significant development project based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is integral to the project, providing involvement across all phases from initiation to completion.

Key Responsibilities

The appointed individual will oversee commercial functions both before and after contract award, coordinating closely with clients, consultants, and contractors. Ensuring commercial control and aiding in the successful execution of a complex and high-profile project will be essential.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• University degree in Quantity Surveying or a closely related field.
• Extensive experience managing commercial tasks prior to and after contract finalization.
• Demonstrated track record of delivering on major construction or infrastructure projects.
• Experience working with delivery partners, consultancies, or project management consultancies (PMC).
• Strong expertise in procurement processes, tendering, cost planning, contract administration, and handling variations and claims.
• Capability to lead contractor management and provide commercial guidance to senior client leadership.
• Experience in Saudi Arabia or the broader Middle East region is advantageous.
