Job Overview
We are actively hiring enthusiastic kitchen professionals focused on delivering exceptional customer service and innovative culinary solutions to our guests. This role is located at Centro Capital Doha in Doha, Qatar.
Key Duties
- Assist the Demi Chef de Partie or Commis I with daily kitchen operations.
- Prepare dishes aligned with menu guidelines provided by the Chef de Partie.
- Maintain a hygienic workspace complying with hotel sanitation standards at all times.
- Manage food inventory and control costs within assigned section.
- Prepare daily mise-en-place and support food production across main and satellite kitchen areas.
- Adhere to instructions from supervisors to meet daily objectives.
- Uphold high standards and consistency in daily food preparation, staying current on new recipes and techniques.
- Collaborate with other kitchen sections to ensure cleanliness, reduce wastage, and manage cost efficiency.
Qualifications and Skills
Applicants should have completed a professional kitchen apprenticeship or equivalent culinary training and possess prior experience in reputable establishments. Strong culinary skills and proficiency in English for effective communication are essential. Candidates should have knowledge of food preparation, presentation, and preservation methods.
