Role Overview

As Assistant Outlet Manager, you will assist in overseeing the Food & Beverage operations of the resort to enhance guest satisfaction, improve team performance, and drive business outcomes. Your responsibilities include fostering a strong team environment, ensuring compliance with brand and F&B standards, maintaining a safe and hygienic workplace, and serving top-quality products. You will also manage daily team relations, promote problem resolution through training and empowerment, and deliver courteous, prompt service aligned with operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Hotel Management or related discipline.
• Prior experience in Food & Beverage or restaurant operations.
