About the Role

Tesla is recruiting a motivated and engaging Collision Field Operations Training Instructor to be part of the Collision Learning & Development team. This role involves delivering comprehensive training programs for Collision Estimators, Customer Service Representatives (CSRs), and other team members to ensure effective onboarding and ongoing support.
