Role overview
This position is focused on developing Corporate NPS activity for the assigned region and driving subscriber growth through corporate onboarding, partner activation, and stakeholder engagement.
Key accountabilities
- Build and expand the Corporate NPS business in the region.
- Set up tie-ups with corporate clients for employee NPS participation and provide complete implementation support.
- Bring in agents, business correspondents, and referral partners to distribute retail NPS.
- Manage both new and existing agent relationships to grow the subscriber base and increase AUM.
- Develop agents across the mapped territory.
- Work with external POPs to improve PFM AUM.
- Connect with CHROs, CFOs, Treasury Heads, Compensation Heads, and other decision-makers to explain NPS offerings.
- Help onboard corporate employees as NPS subscribers.
- Guide companies through the Corporate NPS onboarding process.
- Coordinate with internal and external teams, including channels and marketing, to ensure smooth scheme rollout in corporates.
- Track and support HR and payroll teams for monthly contribution processing.
- Conduct awareness sessions and training on NPS and retirement planning.
- Prepare and deliver information clearly and in a structured manner using strong presentation skills.
