Role Overview

The position involves various cleaning responsibilities including move-in cleaning, move-out cleaning, turnover cleaning for vacant units, and routine housekeeping in occupied residences. Cleaners will independently travel directly to scheduled locations and ensure thorough cleaning aligned with company quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Carry out comprehensive move-in and move-out cleaning of residential rental units.
• Perform meticulous turnover cleaning for vacant apartments and houses.
• Provide regular housekeeping services for occupied homes as needed.
• Clean key areas such as kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living rooms, floors, and commonly touched surfaces.
• Execute detailed cleaning duties including scrubbing baseboards, inside cabinets, and appliances.
• Utilize a mobile app to receive assignments, access instructions, use GPS navigation, upload photographs, and update job statuses.
• Conduct final inspections of cleaned properties to ensure they meet specified company standards.
• Report any damage to property, maintenance issues, or inaccessible cleaning areas encountered during work.
• Use a personal vehicle to travel between various cleaning appointments.

Candidate Requirements

• At least two years of paid professional cleaning experience.
• Experience and comfort with both move-in/move-out deep cleaning and ongoing housekeeping tasks.
• Possession of a reliable personal vehicle to transport oneself and cleaning supplies to work sites.
• Ownership of necessary cleaning tools and supplies to perform residential cleaning assignments independently.
• Access to a functional smartphone capable of operating a mobile work application including GPS, photo capture, and task management features.
• Ability to clean kitchens, bathrooms, floors, baseboards, cabinets, appliances, and other detailed spaces accurately.
• Strong ability to work independently, understand and follow detailed cleaning instructions.
• Basic proficiency in English communication.
• Dependability, punctuality, and comfort with GPS-based time confirmation for appointments.
