About the Role

Royal York Property Management, a leading property management firm in Canada overseeing numerous residential rental properties throughout Ontario, is seeking dependable and detail-focused Cleaners to join their expanding team.

Key Job Functions

• Execute move-in and move-out cleaning for residential rental units.
• Perform comprehensive turnover cleaning on vacant apartments and houses.
• Deliver regular housekeeping services in occupied residences upon request.
• Thoroughly clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, floors, and other commonly used surfaces.
• Complete detailed cleaning tasks including baseboards, interior cabinets, and appliance interiors.
• Utilize a mobile workforce app to receive assignments, follow instructions, navigate via GPS, upload photos, and update job progress.
• Inspect cleaning quality to ensure it complies with company standards before departure.
• Report any property damage, maintenance issues, or areas unsuitable for proper cleaning.
• Travel independently between cleaning sites using a personal vehicle.

Candidate Requirements

• At least two years of compensated professional cleaning experience.
• Proficiency with both move-in/move-out cleaning and routine housekeeping duties.
• Possession of a dependable personal vehicle for travel and carrying supplies.
• Own all necessary cleaning products and equipment for residential cleaning tasks.
• Have a compatible smartphone capable of supporting the mobile work application for GPS, photo uploads, and task updates.
• Comfortable cleaning all specified residential areas including detailed components.
• Ability to work autonomously while following detailed cleaning guidelines.
• Basic proficiency in English communication.
• Reliability and punctuality, with comfort in GPS-verified arrival times.
