Role Overview
This full-time, on-site Chief Operating Officer position in Sarasota, FL is responsible for leading daily operations across supply chain, inventory control, client services, and technology-supported workflows. The COO will work closely with executive leadership to convert business goals into operational plans, measurable targets, and scalable execution. The role also involves guiding cross-functional teams, improving service quality, strengthening cost efficiency, managing operational risk, ensuring policy compliance, and building a high-performance culture aligned with the company’s standards.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day business operations and ensure core processes run efficiently.
- Coordinate supply chain, inventory, client service, and tech-enabled operational workflows.
