Role Overview
Empleos CA is hiring a full-time remote Chief Operating Officer to take charge of everyday business operations and strengthen overall organizational performance. This leadership position focuses on building efficient systems, improving coordination across departments, and turning company strategy into practical execution.
What You Will Do
- Direct daily operations and make sure core business activities run smoothly.
- Design and roll out scalable processes that support growth and consistency.
- Track operational KPIs and use them to measure progress and spot improvement areas.
- Oversee budgets, staffing, and other resources to keep operations aligned with priorities.
