About Us

Responsibilities
- Initiate and build strong local alliances with merchandise partners, manufacturers, and brands, focusing on optimizing category selection to enhance value aligned with business objectives and customer expectations.
- Support merchandise partners in establishing their presence on the platform and fostering their growth. Guide them in creating detailed plans including market positioning, product strategy, brand promotion, and operational execution.
- Generate creative proposals by assessing current category statuses and lead project implementation through resource coordination and merchant advisory.
- Prepare industry analysis reports, identify potential customer requirements via data examination, and refine strategies based on evolving market trends.
Qualifications
- Over 5 years of experience in operational roles, specifically involving brand management or managing platform operations.
- Broad network and robust relationships with local sellers and vendors will be advantageous.
- Proficient in data analytics for evaluating industry patterns, managing projects informed by data, and drawing insightful conclusions.
- Skilled in market research and innovative marketing approaches, able to direct comprehensive merchant marketing initiatives.
- Exceptional problem-solving capabilities with a strong sense of initiative, strategic thinking, and adaptability to rapid changes.
- Capable of managing pressure effectively and overseeing logistics during peak demand periods.
