Femacare is looking for a Field Business Development Manager based in Noida to expand the customer base through in-person outreach and relationship-led selling. Key Responsibilities
- Generate fresh business leads by visiting prospects, attending meetings, and taking part in networking events.
- Assess customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions from the company’s offerings.
- Maintain productive relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat purchases and referrals.
- Work closely with internal teams to address customer concerns and support a better service experience.
- Consistently achieve or outperform monthly and quarterly targets for acquiring new business.

Compensation
