Role Overview
Femacare is looking for a Field Business Development Manager based in Noida to expand the customer base through in-person outreach and relationship-led selling. The role focuses on identifying new opportunities, understanding client needs, and driving revenue growth through direct market engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate fresh business leads by visiting prospects, attending meetings, and taking part in networking events.
- Assess customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions from the company’s offerings.
- Maintain productive relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat purchases and referrals.
- Work closely with internal teams to address customer concerns and support a better service experience.
- Consistently achieve or outperform monthly and quarterly targets for acquiring new business.
Eligibility
This opportunity is open to any graduate.
Compensation
The role offers an annual salary in the range of INR 3,50,000 to 7,00,000.
