Sebyx Academy is a distinguished corporate and B2B sales training institute headed by a leader with 18 years of industry expertise. The academy is growing its impactful weekend bootcamp programs to Indore and nearby commercial areas.
Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic female professional currently residing in Indore to lead local student engagement and coordinate events effectively.
Key Duties
- Engage with inbound warm leads from educational platforms and local digital advertising by calling them to provide detailed course information and secure enrollments.
- Perform on-site visits to identify and book premium co-working spaces or business hotels in Indore as venues for weekend workshops.
- Establish connections with local startups, real estate ventures, and retail businesses to arrange group training sessions.
- Support workshop operations by managing student registrations, distributing study materials, and overseeing logistics during live weekend sessions.
- Assist trainers by capturing short videos and testimonials using a smartphone to create social media content during workshops.
Candidate Requirements
- Must currently live in Indore.
- Educational background should be graduate or in the final year of college, preferably in BBA, MBA, B.Com, or Mass Communication.
- Excellent spoken and persuasive communication skills in Hindi; good comprehension of English.
- Well-organized, confident making phone calls, and familiar with essential smartphone tools such as WhatsApp Business, Instagram, and Canva.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with 6 to 12 months experience in telecalling, customer service, or college event coordination are encouraged to apply.
