Role Overview

Primary Duties

• Seek new business avenues through networking, cold outreach, and participation in industry-specific events.
• Build and sustain connections with prospective and current customers to enhance business expansion.
• Examine market trends and emerging opportunities within the fitness and wellness sectors.
• Create and present persuasive demonstrations highlighting Cult.Fit’s products and offerings.
• Work collaboratively with marketing and product divisions to guarantee smooth service delivery and client contentment.
• Achieve and surpass assigned sales goals, contributing significantly to the business development team's prosperity.
• Monitor sales data meticulously and provide timely reports to management teams.

Qualifications and Skills

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal capabilities for effective relationship development and networking.
• Previous experience in sales or business development, ideally within fitness or wellness industries.
• Strong skills in negotiation and successfully closing deals.
• Capability to assess market dynamics and client requirements accurately.
