Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve diverse coffee drinks such as espresso, cappuccinos, lattes, and specialty beverages with consistency and attention to quality.
• Follow precise recipes and brewing methods to ensure excellent presentation and taste.
• Engage customers warmly, take orders, respond to inquiries, and suggest drink options to elevate their coffee experience.
• Operate and maintain coffee brewing machines and equipment, keeping them clean and in optimal condition.
• Keep the preparation area, equipment, and dining space neat and organized at all times.
• Manage cash and complete transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
• Support inventory tracking by monitoring supplies, replenishing stock, and reporting shortages to management.
• Comply with health and safety standards to maintain a hygienic and safe environment for staff and patrons.

Required Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Barista or in customer service involving beverage preparation.
• Strong understanding of coffee brewing procedures and ability to craft multiple coffee styles.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting and prioritize duties.
• Detail-oriented mindset with dedication to hygiene and cleanliness.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
