About the Role
Super Office KSA is seeking a skilled B2B Sales Specialist to join their sales team in Riyadh. If you excel at communication, negotiation, closing deals, and meeting targets, this opportunity is ideal for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and follow up on potential clients from various channels including online, offline, and intermediaries.
- Qualify clients by understanding their needs and proposing suitable solutions.
- Schedule branch visits and track clients until contract finalization.
- Negotiate and close office leasing agreements.
- Oversee the entire sales process and update client information within the CRM system.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and prepare performance reports.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance the quality of prospective clients.
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience in B2B sales.
- Experience in real estate, flexible offices, or corporate services is a plus.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and deal-closing skills.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
- Ability to handle a large volume of clients and daily follow-ups.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms like Odoo or HubSpot is an advantage.
- Ambitious, result-oriented personality capable of working under performance pressure.
