Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Store Manager (M/W/D) to strengthen our Berlin team. Situated at the heart of fashion retail, your responsibilities will include:

• Creating exceptional customer experiences and fostering lasting relationships through authentic and personalized service
• Driving sales performance by proactive, continuous, and results-driven actions
• Implementing company-wide image and visual merchandising standards professionally
• Ensuring efficient warehouse management in line with internal procedures and policies
• Enhancing your effectiveness by regularly attending trainings, store meetings, and educational sessions
• Consistently meeting annual, seasonal, monthly, and weekly objectives, considering pertinent KPIs
• Conducting employee training on product knowledge and customer service, and identifying further training needs early

Candidate Profile

• Excellent communication skills, positive demeanor, and ability to motivate and develop a team with commitment
• Experience in working with KPIs and proficiency with MS Office applications
• Passion for fashion, awareness of the industry, and up-to-date on current trends
• Fluency in German and English is required; additional language skills are advantageous
