About the Company

Job Overview and Responsibilities
- Apply and uphold ACCOR's established IT best practices.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of the ACCOR Technology Services knowledge repository.
- Deliver technical assistance and troubleshoot issues involving PCs, servers, networks, software, and IT infrastructure to ensure smooth everyday operations.
- Handle installation, configuration, maintenance, and optimization of Windows servers, workstations, databases, and related peripherals.
- Assist with onboarding activities by preparing user accounts, granting system access, and setting up IT equipment for new staff members.
- Work collaboratively with various internal teams to maintain IT security protocols, optimize system performance, and ensure preparedness for emergency or crisis scenarios.
Required Qualifications
- 2 to 3 years of documented IT experience specifically within the hospitality sector.
- Strong knowledge of computer systems including Opera System, MICROS, and Microsoft Office suite.
- Proactive attitude and ability to take initiative.
- Customer-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to completing projects thoroughly.
