Role Overview
We are looking for a meticulous and analytical Asset Management Specialist responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of organizational assets to optimize their use, upkeep, compliance, and value. Key Responsibilities

- Generate reports, dashboards, and management analyses related to assets.
- Collaborate closely with finance teams on capitalization, depreciation, and asset account reconciliations.
- Comply with established policies, internal controls, and regulatory standards concerning asset management.
- Identify and recommend methods for improving asset utilization and operational productivity.
- Support procurement processes and vendor coordination regarding asset acquisition and upkeep.
- Contribute to business continuity planning and asset-related risk management efforts.
- Suggest process enhancements to improve asset governance and reporting accuracy.
- Stay current with industry best practices and technological advancements in asset management.
