Job Purpose
The purpose of this position is to drive insurance business growth by building a capable advisor network and ensuring strong performance from the team.
Role Overview
This full-time, on-site role is based in Dehradun, Uttarakhand. The incumbent will be responsible for sourcing, developing, and guiding insurance advisors, while also maintaining key relationships and supporting profitability through policy persistence.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and recruit high-quality prospective insurance advisors.
- Ensure advisors complete the required licensing process so sales objectives can be met.
