Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Area Sales Manager to drive sales and expand our market presence for Solar Hybrid Inverters and Lithium-ion batteries. The role involves managing dealer networks, fostering new business avenues, and coordinating with multiple teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Consistently achieve monthly and yearly sales targets within the allotted region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and channel partners.
- Identify and develop new opportunities for Solar Hybrid Inverter and Lithium-ion battery sales.
- Conduct regular visits to dealers, Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) firms, installers, and project locations.
- Deliver effective presentations and engage customers to promote products.
- Work closely with technical and operations departments to guarantee prompt order fulfillment and provide customer service.
- Keep track of market developments, competitors’ moves, and pricing strategies.
- Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and gather market intelligence feedback.
- Ensure punctual collection of payments from customers and distribution partners.
- Represent the organization at trade shows, seminars, and marketing events.
