Overview
This leadership role focuses on proactively managing a team of Territory Sales Managers to aggressively promote and expand Airtel's product and service sales within a defined region. The position involves coordinating multiple stakeholders within the distribution network to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Expand the sales and distribution network by maximizing the number of SIM and data selling outlets in the assigned cluster.
- Enhance market share and customer base by promoting high-value products and mobile applications.
- Formulate monthly strategic sales plans grounded in comprehensive market and competition analysis.
- Oversee partner relationships to ensure channel profitability and satisfaction.
- Lead and mentor a team of Territory Sales Managers while synchronizing efforts with Market Communications, Customer Service, and Marketing departments to achieve key performance indicators.
- Gather and relay competitor information and market feedback to the Marketing team.
- Coach and guide TSMs to meet business objectives and prepare them for elevated responsibilities.

Educational and Professional Qualifications
- Postgraduate degree such as PGDM or MBA.
- A minimum of five years of relevant experience in telecommunications, fast-moving consumer goods, or similar industries.
