Position based in Hamburg. Full-time employment starting immediately.

Create architectural designs for high-quality single and two-family homes, focusing on timeless aesthetics, clean lines, and superior functional standards consistent with the concept of the Architecture of Tomorrow.
Collaborate closely with homeowners, guiding them from initial design ideas through to approval planning by transforming specific client wishes into architecturally precise and distinctive solutions.
Prepare complete, approval-ready planning documents and manage the planning process in a structured, efficient, and quality-conscious manner.
Integrate building regulations professionally by clarifying requirements early, maintaining communication with authorities, and ensuring seamless interaction between design, function, and legal standards.

Completed academic degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering, with at least two years of relevant experience in complex house planning.
Strong proficiency in CAD software, preferably Villa Vi 2000, along with adeptness in modern digital planning tools.
Holistic architectural mindset with organized, detail-oriented work habits and a strong sense for proportions, materials, and quality design.
Excellent German communication skills, both written and spoken, capable of professional and audience-appropriate interaction with families, authorities, consultants, and internal teams.
Hold a category B driving license with own vehicle and willingness to attend flexible appointments and accompany projects on site.
