Location & Employment
Position based in Hamburg. Full-time employment starting immediately.
Main Responsibilities
- Create architectural designs for high-quality single and two-family homes, focusing on timeless aesthetics, clean lines, and superior functional standards consistent with the concept of the Architecture of Tomorrow.
- Collaborate closely with homeowners, guiding them from initial design ideas through to approval planning by transforming specific client wishes into architecturally precise and distinctive solutions.
- Prepare complete, approval-ready planning documents and manage the planning process in a structured, efficient, and quality-conscious manner.
- Integrate building regulations professionally by clarifying requirements early, maintaining communication with authorities, and ensuring seamless interaction between design, function, and legal standards.
Required Profile
- Completed academic degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering, with at least two years of relevant experience in complex house planning.
- Strong proficiency in CAD software, preferably Villa Vi 2000, along with adeptness in modern digital planning tools.
- Holistic architectural mindset with organized, detail-oriented work habits and a strong sense for proportions, materials, and quality design.
- Excellent German communication skills, both written and spoken, capable of professional and audience-appropriate interaction with families, authorities, consultants, and internal teams.
- Hold a category B driving license with own vehicle and willingness to attend flexible appointments and accompany projects on site.
