About the Company
Wynn Al Marjan Island is planned as the UAE’s first integrated resort, scheduled to welcome guests in 2027. Located in Ras al-Khaimah, about 50 miles from Dubai International Airport, the destination will include 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 dining and nightlife venues, a theater, a beach club, several pools and water features, a five-star spa, a salon, a retail promenade, and a dedicated celebrations and events center.
Role Overview
The Security team is hiring an Analyst - Investigations to support intelligence gathering, incident analysis, reporting, and investigative operations. This role combines analytical work, documentation, coordination, and support for internal investigations and related security activities.
Key Duties
- Collect, review, and assess information from multiple sources to support investigations.
- Prepare intelligence inputs that help guide investigative activity.
- Maintain daily records for on-property matters, internal inquiries, and civil or criminal incidents.
- Study incidents to spot possible crime patterns and share findings with investigations leadership.
- Flag errors, changes, recommendations, and issues that need resolution.
- Handle administrative tasks such as typing, filing, copying, collating, mailing, and distributing information as needed.
- Protect the confidentiality of company, leadership, and employee matters.
- Keep management updated on project progress and investigation status.
- Support the Investigations Manager with day-to-day work and special assignments.
- Contribute to risk assessments and suggest ways to reduce exposure.
- Help ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Draft precise reports for both internal teams and outside stakeholders.
- Work with law enforcement and other external agencies when necessary.
- Use digital systems and databases to gather and evaluate evidence.
- Take part in interviews and fact-finding discussions during investigations.
- Store and protect sensitive evidence using proper procedures.
- Track industry developments and emerging threats relevant to corporate security.
- Continue learning and training to keep investigative knowledge current.
Candidate Profile
- A bachelor’s degree or a higher qualification is required.
- Candidates must be at least 21 years old.
- At least 3 years of experience as an intelligence analyst is required.
- Background in security, law enforcement, or the military is preferred.
- Project management experience is an advantage.
- Strong leadership, coordination, and communication abilities are important.
- The ideal candidate should be proactive, well organized, analytical, and confident in making decisions.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication is necessary, including comfort engaging with senior executives.
- Strong program and project management capability is expected.
- Attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality work on time are essential.
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills are required.
- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and database tools is needed.
- The role requires shift work and flexibility based on business needs.
