Role Overview

The Security team is hiring an Analyst - Investigations to support intelligence gathering, incident analysis, reporting, and investigative operations. This role combines analytical work, documentation, coordination, and support for internal investigations and related security activities.

Key Duties

  • Collect, review, and assess information from multiple sources to support investigations.
  • Prepare intelligence inputs that help guide investigative activity.
  • Maintain daily records for on-property matters, internal inquiries, and civil or criminal incidents.
  • Study incidents to spot possible crime patterns and share findings with investigations leadership.
  • Flag errors, changes, recommendations, and issues that need resolution.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as typing, filing, copying, collating, mailing, and distributing information as needed.
  • Protect the confidentiality of company, leadership, and employee matters.
  • Keep management updated on project progress and investigation status.
  • Support the Investigations Manager with day-to-day work and special assignments.
  • Contribute to risk assessments and suggest ways to reduce exposure.
  • Help ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Draft precise reports for both internal teams and outside stakeholders.
  • Work with law enforcement and other external agencies when necessary.
  • Use digital systems and databases to gather and evaluate evidence.
  • Take part in interviews and fact-finding discussions during investigations.
  • Store and protect sensitive evidence using proper procedures.
  • Track industry developments and emerging threats relevant to corporate security.
  • Continue learning and training to keep investigative knowledge current.
