Position Overview
The Agency Development Manager at Kotak Life Insurance is responsible for building and managing a channel network to promote insurance products, driving revenue generation, and meeting business objectives through recruiting and developing a team of advisors.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit quality advisors by promoting career opportunities and ensuring they receive appropriate training on products, regulations, and sales techniques.
- Coach and monitor advisors' daily activities to boost performance, motivate, retain high performers, and provide targeted training for average performers.
- Analyze customer needs to ensure exceptional service and promote customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Lead sales efforts by providing practical product training and accompanying advisors to client meetings to guide and inspire success in meeting revenue goals.
- Organize promotional activities aimed at both sales enhancement and recruitment.
