Affluent Banking Proposition and Strategy Execution Consultant

About the Role

Nair Systems LLC is seeking an experienced Affluent Banking Proposition and Strategy Execution Consultant to support operations in Qatar. This role focuses on delivering insightful advisory services, strategic analysis, and practical recommendations derived from market research to enhance affluent banking offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze market research data, competitor intelligence, and customer insights to identify strategic growth opportunities for affluent banking products and services.
• Develop and refine differentiated value propositions including product bundles, service models, loyalty programs, pricing structures, segmentation, and tiering enhancements to align with customer needs.
• Create clear strategic roadmaps that prioritize quick wins, medium-term initiatives, and long-term development aligned to segment growth and profitability objectives.
• Lead cross-functional coordination across product development, marketing, digital banking, CRM, operations, and frontline teams ensuring effective implementation of approved strategies.
• Monitor execution progress, recommend improvements, and provide leadership oversight to guarantee timely delivery of initiatives.
• Provide expert advice on growing the affluent customer base, enhancing acquisition and profitability, and strengthening customer loyalty through differentiated experiences.
• Prepare detailed reports, recommendation presentations, and execution tracking dashboards to communicate insights and progress to segment management.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Strategy, or related disciplines.
• Professional certifications in consulting, strategy, product management, or project management are advantageous.
• Minimum of 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in affluent banking, segment strategy, consulting, or value proposition design.
• Demonstrated expertise in competitor analysis, trend forecasting, and translating insights into actionable strategic recommendations.
• Proven success in business development and client acquisition within premium banking segments.
• Ability to manage multiple simultaneous research and strategy projects.
