직무 설명
Job Accountabilities
- Manage application processes for worker passes, including coordination with insurance providers.
- Organize and enroll workers in training programs and handle applications for government training grants.
- Process Workman Injury Claims for foreign laborers.
- Supervise the welfare and well-being of construction workers on site.
- Maintain accurate records of workers within the company's systems.
- Provide administrative assistance to various departments as required.
- Perform general office duties, including data entry, document management, and procurement of office supplies.
Qualifications & Experience
- Possess a Diploma or Bachelor's degree or an equivalent qualification.
- Relevant prior work experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
Skills and Knowledge
- Understanding of the Singapore Employment Act and Workplace Safety and Health Act.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in preparing reports and maintaining effective interpersonal relations.
- Exhibit discretion, sound judgment, and strong organizational and management capabilities.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.
- Able to handle multiple tasks efficiently and perform well under pressure in a dynamic environment.
- Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
