About the Internship
Join ChatSpark as a Telecalling Intern where you'll interact with customers using multiple Indian languages including Hindi, Bengali, Tamil, and Telugu. Key Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound calls to potential clients to promote ChatSpark’s products and services.
- Manage inbound calls, addressing customer queries and providing appropriate solutions.
- Conduct telephonic surveys to collect customer feedback aimed at service improvement.
- Perform follow-ups with customers to ensure their satisfaction and foster continued engagement.
- Maintain comprehensive records of all customer interactions and update the database accurately.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to meet targets and contribute to business growth.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships to enhance user experience.
Eligibility Criteria

Perks
