About the Internship

Join ChatSpark as a Telecalling Intern where you'll interact with customers using multiple Indian languages including Hindi, Bengali, Tamil, and Telugu. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop communication skills while gaining practical experience in customer service and telecommunications.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls to potential clients to promote ChatSpark’s products and services.
• Manage inbound calls, addressing customer queries and providing appropriate solutions.
• Conduct telephonic surveys to collect customer feedback aimed at service improvement.
• Perform follow-ups with customers to ensure their satisfaction and foster continued engagement.
• Maintain comprehensive records of all customer interactions and update the database accurately.
• Work collaboratively with the sales team to meet targets and contribute to business growth.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships to enhance user experience.

Eligibility Criteria

• Applicants must be able to work remotely from home.
• Internship availability should be from August 1, 2026 to September 5, 2026 start date.
• Candidates should commit to the full 3-month internship duration.
• Relevant language proficiency and interest in telecalling roles are required.

Perks

Successful interns will receive a stipend between ₹10,000 and ₹15,000 per month along with a potential job offer upon completion.
